Because there is no standard video format, you’ll find videos in several formats on the PCC website, including Windows Media Player, QuickTime and AVI.

If you are having problems watching PCC videos in your web browser, you probably need to update your video playback software. Here are links to free updates:

• Windows Media Player. Use the pop-up menus on this page to choose the correct version for your computer and operating system — PC or Mac, Windows or Mac OS.
• QuickTime for Windows or Macintosh. Here are step-by-step instructions for installing QuickTime.
• If you can’t watch Windows Media Videos on a Macintosh, try installing Windows Media Components for QuickTime by Flip4Mac.
• After updating your software, restart your browser.
• If you still cannot watch videos, restart your computer, then restart your browser.
