QuickTime Problems?

If you are having problems viewing a QuickTime video, try this fix:

• Go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
• Select QuickTime for Windows 2000/XP.
• Unselect all other options.
• Enter your email address.
• Click Free Download Now.
• Save the file QuickTimeInstaller.exe to your desktop.
• When download is completed, exit your browser.
• Go to your desktop.
• Click the file named QuickTimeInstaller.exe.
• The installation process will begin.
• Follow installation instructions.
• Restart your browser.
• If you still cannot watch videos, restart your computer, then restart your browser.

These instructions assume you’re using Windows. Macs rarely have issues with QuickTime.
